Candidate Profile:

Aligned with our strategic direction, candidates should demonstrate strong research potential and an impressive teaching record. Required qualifications include:

PhD degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution.

Proven or potential track record of publishing in leading, peer-reviewed management journals.

A proactive and collaborative attitude, contributing to the department and enhancing GDGU's national and international reputation.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Experience Criteria (Minimum Requirements):

Assistant Professor: Candidates with 1-5 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry are encouraged to apply. Associate Professor: A doctoral degree is required with a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry. Full Professor: A doctoral degree is required with 10+ years of experience in teaching, research, or industry. The candidate should also have at least five years of experience as an Associate Professor.
