The webinar on Soft skills and its importance for students in post COVID scenario was wonderfully moderated by Dr.Manishankar Chakraborty, Academic Advisor of KEI and the eminent speaker was Mrs Usha Pillai, Freelancing Soft skills Trainer and Consultant, Kerala, Former Soft skills Trainer at the National Level for ICFAI National College, Hyderabad and Former Training and Development Head of Infospecturm, Nagpur who had highlighted the numerous ways to improve soft skills and how students can establish a successful professional career by learning people skills. They also included that students of today are the future employers and employees of global businesses. So, if students want to stand out as promising assets to multinational organizations, they need to invest both in the sharpening of technical skills and soft skills.
