Kingston Teachers’ Training College (KTTC), a unit of KEI, located at Barasat has established to encourage Teachers’ Training Education with a view to develop the educational system by fostering a collaborative learning environment and a healthy relationship among all stakeholders.
I am a faculty of Pedagogy of Geography in this college. Here, I try to give the lesson in the best possible way through the usage of a well equipped geography laboratory, several methods of teaching and skillful training necessary for the Trainee Teachers. New age education is dominated by Online mode of teaching-learning. In this institution, all the efforts are being made to make the process a smoother one so that all the Trainees are equally benefitted throughout the Course.

I am looking forward to welcome all those who aspire to get training and groom themselves up to become teachers of tomorrow with critical thinking abilities, analytical abilities, creative imagination, problem solving techniques combined with new age life skills so that they are able to transfer the same to children effortlessly.

First of all, thank you to the management committee for giving me a golden opportunity. I am Sanjit Biswas currently working as an assistant professor of foundation (Education) in ‘Kingston Teacher`s Training College’. The ‘Kingston Teacher`s Training College’ is a unit of the ‘Kingston Educational Institute’. I feel satisfied to be an assistant professor at this college.

This college is the best among other colleges because it has all the facilities for the overall development of the students. For the academic achievement of the students, there are regular theory classes and practical classes in various subject-wise labs through online and offline mode such as Psychological lab for Education subject, language lab for language subjects. Trainee teachers of education subjects are taught in the psychology lab- How will guide his students, Students are taught how to teach according to age, ability, intelligence, and interest. The various techniques and skills of classroom teaching are very well taught. There is also a good infrastructure for a good Environment, a good library for academic and other knowledge, and a good playground for good health.

related to human life . Various fields of Philosophy have great influence on the various aspects of
education like education Procedures , Processes , policies, Planning and its implementation · Education
is the most important tool to change one’s life . Education improves one’s Knowledge , skill and
developes the personality and attitude .

Education is a life-long Process that ends with death . Without
education life is meaningless.Human sense , mind , behaviour , activity , Skil are trained in a constructive
and socially desirable way . People become more mature with the help of education. So time is equal to
money . After Bachalor degree course a student will able to teaches in Primary and Secondary School..
But in Present situation to be a teacher in school level B. Ed degree is must for all students . So Kingston
Teachers’ Training college Provides Education as a pedagogy Subject in B.Ed course . Student can work
as a special education teacher . They can also work in adult education and Training . They can also work
in Creative industries , Television Production , Carton Production , artist , photographers , Education
administrator , Education officer etc. Kingston Teachers’Teachers’ Training College give all the above
opportunity for all the students.So studying Education subject as a method in B.Eb course is significant
for the students.Now in pendamic situation Kingston Teachers’ Training College arranged online classes
for all students. So Students are able to take class at home. These online classes also helps the student
who are not able to come regular basis in college
