The Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology program at KCS is designed to provide students with comprehensive training in the diagnostic and laboratory technology field. This course offers hands-on experience through internships at our own hospital, Kingston General Hospital, where students get practical exposure to real-world medical laboratory practices and technologies. This unique opportunity allows students to gain direct experience in a hospital setting, enhancing their technical skills and providing them with valuable industry insights.

The course duration for students who have completed 12^th Science is 2 years, and for those who have completed 10^th or 12^th in Arts/Commerce, the duration is 3 years. The curriculum covers key areas such as clinical laboratory techniques, diagnostic procedures, medical imaging, and laboratory management. Students will develop proficiency in handling medical equipment, analyzing samples, and interpreting results, ensuring they are well-prepared to work in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinical laboratories.
