Anti Sexual Harassment Policy
The cell is formed to prevent sexual assault and other related crimes on women's within
campus premises. Its main goal is the prevention of sexual harassment to ensure a safe
environment for girl students.
The main objectives are to develop guidelines and norms for policies against sexual
harassment, develop principles and procedures to combat sexual harassment, to workout details for the
implementation these policies, to prepare a detailed plan of actions,
both short and long term, to organize gender sensitization awareness programs and to
deal with cases of discrimination and sexual harassment in a time-bound manner,
aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized.
As KEI has an employee strength of around 270 in Campus including Faculty members,
admin members, and other staff members, every member keeps an observation on the
students in such a manner that no such incident like ragging or sexual harassment can
take place in the campus.
KEI ensures that its campus is as secured, safe, and protected as a child’s home place.
