The department of Electronics and Computer Science offers a 4-year full-time B.Tech in Electronics and Computer Science under the affiliation of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT), and with the approval of the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), delivering a rigorous blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training. Eligibility

To be eligible for the B.Tech in Electronics and Computer Science programme, candidates must have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as core subjects from a recognized board, with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved category candidates as per MAKAUT norms). Admission is conducted through WBJEE / JEE Main counselling or direct merit-based admission as per institutional and MAKAUT guidelines.
